Have you had your Camaro custom painted? If so, what color did you choose and how does it look now? If you have pictures of your car, I would like to see them! I'm trying to get some inspiration for my next project!

Never custom paint that has worked out so far. I have tried twice now and had bad jobs done both times by two seperate companies. Looking for a 3rd now.

What went wrong with your last two paint jobs? Did the paint not look the right way, or was it something that the company did that you want to get re-done in a similar color?

Sometimes there are companies that will rush through their work and not really care unless you get the most expensive package they have for paint work. I have a friend that ended up with a large gash in his paint job after he had went to such a place with careless work. Always research who you plan to use.

I haven't had a Camaro done but I custom painted another car I had that turned out pretty well. The color is called Solar Orange and is a nice bronze -orange which I have seen on some of the 2008 cars. I'm fitting up the car now and can't wait to hit the road with it.

I'm sorry to hear that Mark. It really sucks that somebody was so careless with your car, and you paid them to provide you with a service. I guess some people just don't have the dedication they need. What color are you looking for?

The first ended up being two things, the wrong shade of color picked out and there were like skim marks on it that showed almost like someone brushed up against the left hand side panel. The second ending up being a bad mix of the custom color (at 2nd place) and looked really watered down.
